This emergency patient came to my office with a chief complaint that a portion of a crown had fractured off. Clinical exam showed no fractured crowns. There was a small white material that seemed to be excess resin cement. It was interesting that this 30 year old attractive female would require this degree of extensive cosmetic dental therapy. The quality of the restorations was exemplary. Good color, good marginal adaption, excellent occlusion… a perfect case.
